J.Cat Wonder Lip Paint in Red potion

This J.Cat lip paint was sent in my ipsy bag this month. Being a pale skinned  redhead I have been cautious about lipsticks and just started wearing vibrant, dark colors. This is a dark blackened red in the tube but comes out a dark blood red color when you first squeeze it out but dries down to a medium red color.

It lasts for about 4-5 hours and is completely matte. It is not drying but can emphasise lip lines so I recommend using a clear chapstick before use to even out lip shape. Lip liner is not needed, but I'd recommend using a lip brush to put it on as it it kind of hard to control, and can be kind of stripey if you aren't careful. You can buy them online or get them for $4.99 at Ulta. I do believe these are a dupe for OCC Liptars, and I will get one to see if theres a comparison. Overall I enjoy this lip paint and will purchase the others
